Those sweet chocolate Modaks best n known to offer lord Ganesha as well family n friends. .

Ingredients
Ingredients :
*white chocolate 500gms 
*pistachio flakes 50gms 
*saffron strands few 
*rose petals dried few 
*Amul cream 50 ml.
*cardamom powder
*Fab pistachio Nut flavour
*Modak Chocolate mould silicon or plastic 
Method
  • Process: Melt white chocolate in microwave . Stir well . Add Fab pistachio flavour 2-3 drops .Keep aside.
  • Take 150 gms from this melted chocolate in another bowl for making truffle by adding 50 ml. Amul cream to it .Add Pistahio flakes generously , Dry Rose petals crumbled , safron strands and cardamom powder too .Mix well Keep aside .It should be pourable . But not very thin or runny.
  • Once all set pour melted plain chocolate in to mould and cover all sides well , keeping centre empty . Set for few minutes , than pour truffle in centre and fill little less than top . Set again for few minutes fill top again by melted chocolate . Tap a little set mould in fridge for approx 25 mints or till chocolate sets well.
  • Once set remove from mould n garnish again with rose patels and pistachio flakes.
Assembling

Once set remove from mould n garnish again with rose patels and pistachio flakes .set in desired boxes .
